Bad service

Yesterday I went to cash crusaders evaton mall to sell something there.when I got it was around 11:30 and I was attended around 13:00.my problem is one of the buyers refused to take my griller he said it's rusty,imagine I have spent almost two hours only to be returned.why don't they check our stuff while on the queue if they will be able to take them or not.And that guy was little bit arrogant,you can image embarrassed in front of other customers.
