Bad service

I've been trying to call head office for the passed two days and getting someone is impossible. I was employed by Cash Crusaders years ago and I'm still on their payroll as per labour department. Apparently, my employment wasn't terminated. Just need employment terminated and confirmation letter. That's all..I feel sorry for customers that call the number and can't get through.
