Bad service

I bought a ps4 controller at cash crusaders in the glen when i got home the controller is not working I had to drive back 42km a day after only to be told that I can't get back my refund because the is a slight tear on the box and the manager can not call head office to resolve the issue because it is a weekend. The attitude and the experience on handling disputes that the manger has is not professional. Now I have to drive back during working hours to sort what I had paid for
