Bad service

I purchased a laptop online and the buttons were faulty, I called them and they asked me to come to the store, I then asked them to refund my money because I don’t trust their laptop anymore. They say their policy is different from other cash crusaders franchises as they don’t do refund on their items if not faulty they can only exchange. They don’t have a refund policy, even though I am still within 7 days of purchase. They are forcing me to exchange even though I tell them I don’t trust their products anymore .
