Bad service

I bought an iPad for my daughter on the 13/02/2026. They did not explain that it won’t update software. Asked my son to bring it back on the 21/02:2026. I bought it for R899 now they wanted to give my son R450 I told him not to take it. Now I’m here as an adult and they are telling me that they will not give me full refund
