bad service

Wooow what a bad srvice I have been receiving from CASH CRUSADERS I did send my first report and the reply was they will get incontact with me shortly no 1 call me I went to the shop Saturday I was told the manager was not on duty she will call me Monday I waited for her call she didn't call me I had to call her by my self and her words was I was busy with other customers but I promised to come back to you in half an hour we might replace your pots I'm still waiting for the half an hour till today is how the store treat his black client????? And I want all my pots I bought it very expensive. I will have to take the matter further as I don't get any help from the store.
