bad service

Im very disappointed the way I have treated at above store in Saturday I went for my laybye I got when I got at home checking the things I found 8 piece instead of 19 pieces swiss home pots I went back on Sunday the lady promise to give me a call on Monday which didn't happened Tuesday nothing I went back on Wednesday she told me they still looking for the pots which is unaccaptable on Thursday she gave me a call in the morning to come to the store I couldn't i went today Friday I wait for 30 minutes different people come and tell me 1 thing that they still looking for the pots I don't know till when must I wait as I'm still writing this is very bad I'm using my petrol to the shop every time and yet i don't receive positive answer.
