Bad service

I bought a accustic guitar at cash convertas plumstead,they never told me that the two strings are dead i called back and sydney told the cashier to tell me the strings is not gaurenteed and thats why the guitar are so cheap,but i feel i was mislead and deceived by cash convertas,they sold me a broken guitar.Please look into this :(
