Bad service

Very very heartbreaking and bad service. A little bit of **** in it. I was sold a laptop and told a little bit about it's problems. Only to find out that it's not only that. When I returned for a refund they refused and said I should take something else. No one told me I cannot get refund and I have voice records when the stuff admitted, no one told me that when I have a problem they will start treating me like trash. They still deny but I recorded everything and never signed anything that says you cannot be refunded. After all the stuff member actually treated me badly from the first day. I gave them their laptop and they chowed my money too💔 if there's any step I can take, I would but I just know I'm not the only one
