Bad service😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Today I was at The Glen mall cash crusaders where I and my husband received bad service from the manager Ntombi. We went there to get my husband's Dodgee phone booked in for repairs, this lady had the worst attitude we have ever seen, she had no interest in assisting us. I personally even felt as if I was begging, if it wasn't for the consultant who was friendly we wouldn't have purchased another phone there. Even after buying the latest Dodgee the V10, she continued giving us attitude. A few minutes later a guy came and she got really friendly with him which made us realize that her attitude was only directed to us or the male consultant who was assisting us. The consultant was very helpful, I didn't get his name but I know he speaks Tsonga. You need to put managers who are there to assist customers not people who are there to give attitude or even look down on people. We have bought more than 5 phones from the same store and receiving such service is a bad reflection of your business
