Bad repair/replace service

I am highly disappointed and frustrated with Cash Crusaders Wonderpark. I have since returned my broken 58' Dixon TV set that i have purchased on 25 of July 2021, and returned on the October the 3rd. I have since then been given very conflicting stories by the staff there. Had to always call in to find out on the progress, the last time, a week ago Michael who has been giving me stories, told me that he could not call me because head office just arrived unannounced and waited his whole day. Every week i call i he tells me that he is waiting for TV set from China or some or other story. It has been 2 months and i am tired this this badly managed store. I sent an email to their head office dealing with complaints, then got an email claiming that they will respond in a day or 2, it has been more than 3 days. Thandi from Akasia Pretoria.
