BAD PRODUCTS, BAD BUSINESS

On the 25 January 2021 I purchased a laptop from Cash Crushers in Calton Center. The laptop I received is not working and I must keep it on charge with the charging cable in for it to work. I can't make use of the laptop unless it is on charge constantly. The reason I purchased this laptop is for work purposes and if it’s not working then I won’t be able to work. I also wanted the convince of being able to work if there is load shedding, but I can’t because there a fault with the laptop. I know that Cash Crusaders sell second-hand goods, but this is not what I expected because the laptop is broken. I called Cash Crusaders Calton *** and was advised that I cannot speak to the manager on this number then I called 011 331 731 and was told the manager is out. Please tell me Cash Crusaders what can I do because I DONT want this laptop anymore and I want a refund because you sold me nonsense!
