bad products

<p>I bought a phone from the on the 01/02/17, a Sony Xperia M2 aqua, on the phone you can't open your galary, nor videos nor play music the phone freezes just on them the it shuts down, power button alone doesn't work you have to reboot the phone every time. When they sold it to me they checked only if I can hear them with means the speakers, and the camera, and when I was there didn't think of checking them because you trust where you buy something. </p>
