Bad manager experiance

Cash crusaders prinsess crosing Roodepoort is the worst place to go to as there manager is a equese of a manager he think he is some One bigger that you bought a laptop there then they gave ma some China made charger with witch damaged the battery in less than 3 weeks , the manger refused me a refund allso refused to buy it back as he stated they dont buy ****aged goods, but its there fault!!! In my eyse they should realy look into there shops manager what a rude person with no clue what hi is doing . I read the other reviews and mostley its about him and there poor customer caire.
