Bad Management Skills :RANDFONTEIN Cash crusaders

Yesterday.. 01/07/2024, i went to Randfontein CASH CRUSADERS to buy PS4, went home boys tried to play but was not picking up as expected, i read their fine print and it clearly stated repair, refund or replace so went today at 10 within my" 24hour warranty " for a refund because i didn't want it anymore. Manager Elezette Engelbrecht didn't even want to hear or suggest a smart solution so that can work for both of us... She said she would not refund me and the fine print clearly states that i can have my refund. Even the cash crusaders policy online has the policy in black and white. Im disappointed with her service.. As a manager,what she did didn't make any business sense at all.. I left without my money because she wanted me to sign for REPAIRS slip and i want my REFUND! She ruined a good business with her attitude or there lack of.
