Bad Management

I made a laybuy of studio lights at one of your stores in Bloemfontein. I noticed that the lights are not a full set as they are written on the description.

Yesterday on the 07 December 2020 in the morning I was at the shop around 9:17. The manager was not around. Around 12:00 I was in the shop again the manager was not there again. I was told that she is at her son's school. I was asked to come around 5:00. I did go back to the shop again. The manager is not here she took her child home.

On the 08 December 2020 around 10:25. I was in the shop more luckily she was around. I asked to see her. She didn't come to me. She just send a message that I must pay full price for the uncomplicate set of lights.

I asked her stuff to cancel my laybuy. She send a message that if I cancel the laybuy I must pay for cancelation fee, is this how you guys do business.

Am a client if i have a problem with some of the things at you shop what must I do? I really need those lights.
