Bad Item Service.

<p>I bought a Smoke Machine for ( HS1200 900w, 8000Cu). Stork Code ; ( ********** 935051) earlier this year. i took the item to them "Three times" for repairs, it only works that time i pick it up and when i get home. same day when i try to use it, it never functions at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have wasted lots of time,energy and my money going up and down for repairing one item, surely there's something wrong about it. But they'll never admit it.</p> <p>i do understand that the Company makes profit from buying sold goods on lowest price from its owners then fix it and sell it on the highest price. But for a customer to buy something that will give him/her a problem within few months it has been bought and takes it to repairs several times, that raises a red Flag to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>it's either i get my refund or i receive a brand new Hybrid Steam machine ASAP please!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
