Bad experience

I bought the Dixon brand EarPods that stopped working after a week, I took them back to them for repairs. They took them and told me to come back after 2 weeks to check how far are they and when I finally did go, they told me that they are still under repairs they will let me know via email. I kept reaching out to ask the progress, I even called the head office, and they told me that indeed I do have an item under repairs, but I have to go check the store and ask what is happening. Before I could even go the store closed down and ever since I've been trying to reach them via email all I am getting are automated emails and nothing from them since 2023. I am not happy about the experience at all.
