Bad customer service, no actually no customer service

Cash crusaders somerset west at the shoprite centre , removed my car radio 2 weeks ago and in the proses damaged my aircon of my audi the pr8mice fir a new aircon unit is 25000 yes twenty five thousand rand i am willing to buy a uses one for 3000 to acomodate the shop but now they deny they removed the radio , i dont know how so maybe my car is special and the radio climbed out it self. I went to speak to the owner but ofcourse they think every one lies to them why would a person lie about 3k then i woild rather say j want a new one.
