BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (MAPONYA FROM TSHEGO LADY)

What a bad customer serrvice received from Tshego at Maponya mall cash crusade, I have been calling and calliong and she pickup the line just to tell me that shes busy just imagine, how can you tell a customer sucvh nosesense, okay ui tried to keep my cool , i called in the following day in the morning she tell me that i need to call at 9:00 shes not working at this time it was 08:58, okay iu wated for two minutes the next thing when i call at 09:00 she tells me to call later, what is that, or maybe she trying to make me forget about my item? No i need to take this to another level, i have been a customer se4rvice fro multiple companies and i never treated my customers this way, may i please have her full names i will take her and her company to social media people njeed to know about this poor service. If cash crusade cant deal with her rudeness, this lady will destroy ypur reputation guys trust me
