BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a brand new Tablet, Dixon, for my daughter. Ithad software issues as we could not set it up. Returned it to the store to get the issue sorted. It now 5 (Five) weeks with their repair center. No feedback whatsoever... What a bad experience!!!! How long does it take to update Software!?
