Bad Customer Service Cash Crusaders Florida - BEWARE

I just want to share my experience with you Cash Crusaders Florida. I bought a second and Lenovo laptop top R3400.00. I took the laptop home and we noticed a crack on it and it started giving us problems so I took it back. The owner Hans of Cash Crusader Florida is saying I was the one that dropped it. I told him that I did not drop it that this is how I bought it. He then sends it to a technician to get a quote on fixing i told him i want a refund i cant buy something that's broken. I ask Hans the owner if we can go through the cameras in the shop because it could have been bought like that or one of the employees drop it mistakenly. He is refusing to hear or look through the cameras, he is still insisting that i dropped the laptop and he is refusing to give me my refund of R3400.00. and i still wants me to pay R850 for the repairs. I don't know what to do but i feel like his steeling from me, i refused to take the laptop back I've been buying from Cash Crusaders Florida for me than 10 years for the owner Hans to treat me like that is unacceptable and i plan to take it further. How can we resolve this matter who can help me because i don't know what to do please help.
