Bad Customer Service Cash Crudaders

Hi, I bought a Defy wash machine on October 31st at Cash Crusaders Silverton. There were other items as well. I started using the item on November 3rd, 2024. It was faulty; it did not spin. On November 4th, 2024, Cash Crusaders Silverton notified me via email that a "Clint" would contact me regarding the repair. Three appointments were made for Clint to come, and each time, he made excuses for not coming. This was relayed to Silverton Cash Crusaders, and no reply was received. I am still sitting with a broken washing machine that has never been used. I had to cancel work to be at home for Clint to come, and he has never pitched. Is this the service you get when buying from Cash Crusaders????
