bad customer service by CC seapoint

I will give a 0 if it was allowed. went to browse with laptop on my back. the arrogant manger made a intercom announcement to say no back packs allowed in the store I was standing by the video games. also no laybuys on 2nd hand goods? this is a backward policy not everyone can afford high value items. this happened at CC seapoint. I will never go in there again
