Bad customer service

I bought speakers in their franchise in Mdantsane, I a few months they were faulty, I took them back there for repairs, ever since then they have been giving me the run around as to what is happening, I have had good service from other stores in the franchise but that one I would give a 0. I don't even know how that shop is still operating
