Bad customer service

On the 7th March i called Cash crusader in Hammanskraal to find out if they had Playstation 3's in stock and i spoke to lady who told me the price and told me they had 3 in stock,I went on to ask the time they were closing and she said they closed at 3PM.At the time of the call i was in town (PTA) deciding to purchase at a place close to home i went to Hammanskraal.When i realised i was running late i gave the store a call and the lady that answered told me that they will be closing in 10 min,explaining to her that i was nearby and wa in the taxi she said i must come back on sunday morning.Upon arrival at the store the doors were closed i pleaded with them to help me as i needed the Ps3 for my daughters birthday which was the same day,they called the manager who i could see his name tag as Ali the manager.Ali went on to talk to us(Me and some other customer who wanted to buy) by signs saying they closed when i checked the time it was15h04.He did not want to service us and was surprised at this behaviour as i worked in retail for 6 years and whenever a customer wanted to pay an account or make a purchase and we were closed we would open for them and allow them to make the purchase.
