Bad customer service

I bought an emplifier that came with 2 speakers I was told that they have 6 month guarantee at cash crusaiders in Wynberg main road Cape Town. I went back after 2 month as 1 speaker was not working they told me that it does not have any guaranteeI told them that the guy that was helping me told me that is has a 6 months guarantee, the cashier who was a lady told she will speak to her manager and come to be. I even told them that I wanted to buy more things like mics. They told me I must the macs Caz they are new not second hand I did I bought the macs and its not working it did not even last 3 months when I went back Caz now both of the speakers are not working. They were laughing at me only 1 guy who was trying to help he is thin light in completion. They were all asking me the same question and leave another comes and ask me the same question and leaves laughing. The is a short dark guy in completion who was very rude with me. I went there even this year I received the same treatment and my query is still not sorted. I will never recommend cash crusaiders to anyone. I played with my money
