Bad customer service

Cash crusaders Primrose. They have got to be most unfriendly people I have ever come across. Doors are supposed to open at 9 am ... staff walk past and just look at you. It is as IF they will open when they feel like out. Closing time is 17:30. Doors close LONG before that, as early at 16:50 pm. NO one ever askes if you need help with anything. They too "busy" in their own world. When paying for goods I have pawned, one month you can pay with card. Next time you go there " policy has changed and you MUST pay cash. Last week I got one of my items out of pawn. I paid cash only to have been looked at funny and the cashier asking me why am I paying cash as its month end?? When I said the last time I wanted to pay by card, I was told its cash only. To which her reply was... well I should ask first.... is it not the cashiers duty to ask the customer if you paying by card or cash??? There is a lady that works there .... not sure of her name. A bit "chubby". NEVER greets customers at the door, just stares at you. One of her security friends come into the store.... hello chommie... and proceeds to take selfies with her "friends" phone. I have had a few works with her already. One day on a Sunday I bought something. She helped me. Saying oh J&sus.... oh J&sus I am so tired. First of all..... swearing like she did... no self respect. If you dont want to work retails hours, find another job. There are plenty of people looking for work. All and all the services is real sh*tty at cash crusaders Primrose
