Bad customer service

Bad customer service from Cash Crusaders in parow hyper I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from that store.2 years back I bought an pre-owned iPhone XS Max which never gave me a problem I just got ****** on my way going to work. Last year on the 25th of October 2024 I bought an IPhone X (pre-owned) at the same store which had a 6 month warranty. Suddenly my phone gave me problems which it was switching itself and just showing an apple sign when i put it on charge ,when I try switching it on the phone wasn't responding. I then found my slip and decided to take the phone back to them as my 6 month warranty wasn't finish which was on the 25th of March . They took my phone for repairs and told me that there was 2 loose stroose missing on the phone which I didn't understand because the phone I bought from the and decided to take it back to them seeking for help.I reached out several times via email,calls but the was no response. I spoke to a store manager (Zulu)over the phone they told me they don't know what to do ,I failed to understand that too because I believe as store manager should know how to assist a customer.

In that same month I went to the store I was assisted by lee-an to hear if there's any feedback about my phone when am I getting it back or my refund she just told me that the person that works with cellphone was not there .I went back home left my phone with them till today there is no communication.
