Bad customer service

I'm very angry at cash crusaders wonderpark,I pawned my TV in March I was paying interests all the time when I pay off my loan on 27 July I was told the leg of my TV was broken the mistakenly bombed a corner with it,the manager promised to fix it on the 31 but they didn't, they did not even bother to give me updates regarding my TV,I had to call them they promised to deliver the TV by Friday.

On Monday 07 August I went to cash crusaders to ask the manager to replace my TV he said that's not how they work,I want a new TV because I feel the manager is hiding something my TV is a smart TV maybe the screen is affected,I bought the TV in April 2022

Iam not happy with cash crusaders at all,the customers service us very bad
