Bad customer service
I bought an item at cash crusaders at Nonesi Mall Queenstown on th 24th july and return it on the 27th but I didn't get a good service at all the manager refused to give me cash refund. As I believe I have a right to be refunded if I want my money back. They have violated my rights and gave me bad customer service in that store
