Bad Customer Service

I bought an Xbox one game in promenade Mitchell's plain on Friday for my nephew , upon checking the game on Saturday the game was not loading .Called the store spoke to Annastasia no customer service didn't listen to my issue just advised me that you need to bring back the game in 48hrs period I said but can't I bring it maybe on Monday instead of answering me this Csr transferred me to a next person dunno who the hell this woman is no customer service no respect she answers the phone like " is this the customer with an issue " excuse me I'm a customer and I have an issue when I explained to her that you don't answer the phone like that and advised her she has no intention of solving my issues she burst out laughing and transferred me .

I was then transferred to Lauren Manager what a joke this manager immediately lie and say she doesn't know what's happening and I need to explain but I can hear how they laughing in the back ground. This manager didn't listen at all and she had fine cheek to tell me this calls is not recorded and then just throwing process of 48hrs In my face.. I hate the fact that when you get too upper class areas the customer service must be on point but our coloured areas get this pathetic service ..
