Bad customer service

I am an customer that have complain against cash crushader at toti centre. When we enter my fiancé went to show me the porcelain dolls. When i touch one doll, the other doll leg fall and broke. I call the manager and explain what happen and she informed me that i had to pay. First thing there was no sign that state , if you break you must pay. Second thing is the manager was so rude to us, stating that we had to pay the full price, we refuse to pay the full price and we mange to pay half price. I was so dispposited i am collceted of procelain doll and i do know how to handle them. I refuse to go back there due to the service and they way the manager handle this matter.
