Bad Customer service

So on the 13th of February I sent my girlfriend to sell my call my PlayStation 4 for me as I was at work... but before she went there I called and spoke to the guy named Joel who happened to be one of their Buyers and I told him I was hoping to get at least R2500 for my console and he offered me R1800, however we couldn't agree on the price so I just pawned it for R600 so that it will be easy for me to fetch it,,, fast forward to today which is the 26th of February I called the shop again will to take the R1800 I was told I would get. I spoke to one of the Buyers who told me I'll get R1500 and I told him what I was offered by Joel who was off today, as I was trying to explain he put me through to the manager whom I heard on the background saying he was busy and couldn't the call and the they hung up.. I immediately called after that thinking I was disconnected and asked to speaker to the manager but was told he's busy so I should speak to his assistant...

Now I explained my issue and he told me that the prices which they give are only valid for 5 after that they change, which was all new to me because when I spoke to Joel on the phone he never mention that. He then told me it's not his problem that I didn't take the offer they had given me at first... i asked for his name and he hung up, again I called and now the phone was answered by the lady and I told her to give me the name of the guy who gave her the phone and she wouldn't instead she tried to give the guy the phone and what he said was no "I don't wanna talk to him, if he wants to speak to me he will come to the shop" and once again the phone was dropped for the third time now... I called again and the rude assistant answered and told me sir, if wanna talk come to the shop. I told him, it's fine Mr assistant I just need your name as I'll be taking this matter to hello Peter and he told me "I won't give you my name and you can go to hello Peter" and hung up again...

So now I wanna where is this real deals everyday which Cash Crusaders is offering ... I'm so disappointed. I didn't expect that kind of treatment.
