Bad customer service

Please people be aware of cash crusaders brits they are ********* I went to them to hand in my Vodafone tab since well I was looking for money that time so I wanted to delete all my data the gentle man advise me not to cause I am still coming to fetch it so he also advise me I can sent someone on my behalf to pay for it, unfortunately my sister passed away I had to leave what I did I gave my girlfriend my id and the money to pay but by my surprise the manager refuse to give the device, now the sold my device with all my information on It and someone is using my facebook profile and sending nude messages on my account, I tried to resolve the issue but the manager by the name of Mr maphosa refused to speak to me, I even tried to call their head office but their still bad as their franchise now I am sitting with an issue at hand my life its messed up because of them.Please guys don't ever trust cash Crusaders they only want to make money out of client.
