Bad Customer Service

Good day

I am highly disappointed in the level of service from Cash Crusaders Florida

We have been customers for many years.

We use the whatsapp platform which is easy to communicate.

I have send cashcrusaders messages regarding my item when the interest was paid there was no contract given but only a receipt.

When I send a message the very same day I got no response.

Yesterday and today I asked about but still no reply this has been happening more often.

The person goes online bit don't read my messages at all...how can you do this to customers.

I have proof

This is the worse service ever should I lose my item I will keep them responsible.
