Bad costumer experience by Trish

I bought a phone on Friday the 8th of August 2025, I had difficulties on connecting internet and battery. I charged it but it couldn’t get charged to 100% and I couldn’t connect internet. I had the phone till Thursday still not charging correctly and on Monday I called the store they said I should bring it back which I did. When I get there this lady called Trish assisted me with a a smile, the internet is sorted when I told them about the battery she said to me that I came for network connection and now I am bringing the battery issue cause she solved the problem for me. I asked for the person I spoke to on Monday and she didn’t even bother to call the person, I was given another phone which is not good for my money
