Bad bad service stay away from edenvalle G

I bought my iPhone 5s for about a month and half from Edenvalle branch,it was the last one they had,upon inspection I noticed it had a cracked screen,asked sales consultant ,he confirmed the phone is 100% I must just fix screen the manager on duty confirmed that and even gave discount towards the purchase,after I purchased they just said any problems I have six month warranty, Discovered that the battery was faulty took it back yesterday as I just got it back from repairs Problem is the staff is extremely rude,upon arrival I was referred to the sales guy who sold me,I asked the guy why because anybody should be able to assist any walking client its not only the guy who sold item,he ignored me, Manager on duty threw warranty on me,I had to verbally get loud telling him over and over that any laid person does not read slip T&c they should have explained like their branch in 14th when I bought speakers that I need a qualified Audi tech to fit then,I took them knowing fully,they don't tell me that if battery is faulty,then they can't help,eventually they said OK,we will fix it,at our expense and you can get it tomorrow,

Today I call in to find out if I can pick up my phone,phone rings Thabo answered I clearly asked for repairs or person dealing with repairs,they transferred to bongani I said hi bongani I'm just following up and my repair as I had a repair note,first he is rude no greetings he asks what was the Arrangement with the manager,I said you can ask your manager,he says manager not in today I asked for supervisor he said they all gone,called again Vincent told me I have airtym to play then thung up,by then I was topic in the store as I can here the background voices, Called again asked for the lady that assisted me yesterday, to book it for repairs, was told she is not available no mention that shey will leave a message I asked when she will be back the lady told me I'm rude and I should get proper mangers, All this insults because I just need status of repair for my phone,tried calling head office and dialled 10118 as I was told I have airtym,no luck all No's no websites even Durban **** No's u ask your self for such a big coloration they have **** contacts, I will be luck to get a response I'm sure
