Bad bad customer service @Cash crusaders Sammy marks

I bought Dixon NIA -X3 headphones along with other electronics at Sammy Marks cash crusaders . The headphones were brand new and stopped working after 9 days I went to returned and found the worst treatment ever from the staff and Manager called Frank . The staff tried convincing me the headphones still work properly until I gave a ransom customer to try them out and the customer confirmed they don’t work properly . They made me wait for an hour just to tell me they can’t exchange ut . All of them kept referring me to each other . The manager didn’t even give me the time of day , he said the headsets must be charged and they will be okay . I asked for head office numbers or email to report what happens in their shops and they straight up declined saying they will never put their jobs in jeopardy for headsets …worst shop ever
