BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Just thought I should come back and give feedback regarding my Xbox that was sold at Cashcrusader Dobsonville Branch,, their customer service did get back to me but surprisingly they told me there's nothing they can do then the manager made contact to say I should at least pop out 3000 where as I was supposed to pay 2100 so they made this whole thing to be like they are doing me a favour,, that's when I just realized that ths people are actually buying time they willing to help me.. I put the money together went to game to get a new Xbox cos there's actually no customer service there believe me, head office would just defend its staff and tell you there is nothing they can do no wonder the service is bad there from top to bottom.

They might have ****** me now but I know there's someone out there who's going to put them in their place if they carry on like this.
