BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!

I visited today (10 Nov 2025) to buy a generator listed online as in stock. The staff were unhelpful and disorganized—one generator had a fuel leak, the other had no petrol, and testing was chaotic. The staff even asked me for a knife to cut a bottle and disappeared multiple times. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told I could go ahead and call the head office if I felt like it. Extremely frustrating experience.
