Bad and inconsiderate service
I bought a Doogee S88pro from cash Crusaders in Mahikeng online in a few months I had a problem of a battery and charging I took to the nearest store which was in Mthatha BT Ngebs mall corp store for repairs. From April I only received the phone back in october and it's not fixed. I sent them a email even now no reply nothing was done. Now I am sitting with a dead Doogee phone that can't be fixed anywhere. Horrible brand service support and instore costumer service support.

Are you aware that I left The country with out a phone that I was promissed it will take a week to be fixed.
Being told after I am the one who calle that your phone Is back and need almost 2k to release to your side does not solve my dismay.
Disgruntled customer.
