Bad after sales ervice

Bad after sales services. Sales persons tell me I have a 6 mouth Garantee on the twin JVC speaker set. Switch it on, it work. Use the Bluetooth on cellphone, It work. Got back home, try to set up speakers. Can not set the FM Radio. Could not set it up with Bluetooth. Look on the internet, find out I need an remote to operate the system. Phone the store to find out if they forget to give me the remote, the Clark told me that they don't have a remote for the system. I told them I will have a look to find an remote. After a week I phone them back, can not find a remote. The Clark old me to bring it back. Today I am here. The manager told the sales person to tell me to sell it back to them. I did request to see the manager, he manager told me thy don't take things back, thy will repair, it will take 7 working day, if that is not working they will replace it with the similar value. After reading the back of the slip it also said that they will refund at the the purchase price. Now I'm waiting. I Will follow up or will they came back?
