awful service from cash crusaders

I am very disappointment with the service I got from Cash Crusaders in Polokwane. I bought some speakers and music equipment end of Feb and the sales agent told me that us that the warranty for the speakers is one year. After about two months of using them only once every Sunday the speakers are no longer working. I sent someone to take them to the store for them to fix or swap and the person was told that the speakers have no warranty. This is truly one of the most disappointing encounters I have ever had with Cash Crusaders. How can they advise on warranty during the sales process only to turn back on their word when the equipment is faulty? that is just ridiculous?
