Awful experience

Awful experience in Midrand (The Boulders). Ion Sunday I went to fetch my item which was in for repairs, I met very unhelpful, *********** staff. First they told me to co.e back on Monday because the manager is no in. I insisted that they give me my item because this is the only time I have to come to the shop. Then it became worse when I said I don't have the receipt. The told me one computer is working b7t they can't help me on that one to retrieve customer information because it takes time and if they want to perform a sale transactions for other customers they cant. I left the shop immediately
