Assulted by Cash crusaders Tembisa Matt Franchises Store

I would like to report an assault on a custer at cash crusader Tembisa Mega Matt Customer bought dixon welding machine which only work for 9 days and never worked again. He late took it back to the store where they informed him the machine need to be take to repairs and will comeback in 21days. On the 28 August 13:00 customer walked in at the store and was stopped by a store security to scan and informed him to remove the hat and sanitized him. But still let him in to the store without a musk. Later the customer was informed that he can not be assisted because he did not wear a musk. As the customer complaint that all he needed was the full information as to when will his machine arrive because 21days had passed. The store patrons assaulted the customer and pushed him out of the store and he fell on his Back which could houses problem in later stage. The footage of the whole incident is kept by store manager and she refuses to show the customer, since she is claiming that the customer broke one of the store items. (Pc) computor.
