Ashley the dishonest rude manager

From day one l was a loyal customer.l asked Nozi for an extension to keep my battery charger for 5 days till l get paid, she said ok. Yesterday 4/8/2021l called and arranged with Ashley to remind her lm coming today s he agreed to do so with my husband.Only to be told they sold it.When I called Ashley, the manager she was so rude and arrogant to me.l asked her why couldn't you let me know that you did not keep it as arranged she became so rude and shouted It was her man ager who didn't.You lost a loyal customer today.Ashley is a dishonest rude manager and you are going to lose alot of clients due to her.l will NEVER support Cash Crusaders again and I will warn everyone never to trust Ashley and norzi at Cleary park branch.Your previous managers where way more respectful.
