Arrogant customer service elijah

I just spoke to Elijah the apparently client service consultant who is not client based but rude , uncultured and uncouth. He has no regard for clients and has a chi on his shoulder regarding being there customer service consultant. He does not return calls. He is customer unfriendly and has no regard for customer. He does not even try. He is downright rude. It's like it's cash crusade culture for maponya, cash crusaders and Elijah to be rude. He prides himself on being arrogant
