Appalling Service. Refusing to purchase item and collect on site after commiting to do so

Appalling service from CASH CRUSADERS LAKESIDE MALL BENONI. Commit to a purchase on site(not the store) after I made it clear I do not have transport to bring the item in store and then they waste two hours of my time just not to help me in the end. I wonder how they purchase large items or do house buys. I guess customer service to them does not apply to people in actual need of customer service but only where they can put in the least amount of effort or service and then I as the customer am wrong when I get upset because they wasted my time and treat me like I don't matter!!! please give this store a miss
