Appalling disgusting and ****s

The branch at Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain has still no lt reimbursed me for there false information when stated my goods are at store I can make payment to collect then when I done the payment I'm told no my goods isn't at the store at there warehouse (goods was damaged) I had paid someone R300 to come and collect of which the store manager told me she will liaise with management for my reimbur*****t this happened the 4/12/2024 till to date they haven't taken accountability for my goods that was damaged nor my reimbur*****t of transport. The guy called Elijah at head office also just say they can do nothing and pass me over to a previous stores staff to deal with, who does that? When your store accepted my payment for my goods
